"The name of the brand is inspired by the animation character born under Miazaki's pencil, Mononoke A clothing brand from the parternship between Anna Neudecker and Cecilia Benedetti, who takes care of the research of fabrics to the creation of paper patterns ending with the packaging of the product directly in their studio. With their clothing brand SECOND CHANCE by MONONOKE, they paint, embroider, rearrange as well as reuse selected vintage clothes to create something completely new."

Il nome del brand si ispira al personaggio d'animazione nato dalla matita di Miyazaki: Mononoke è una linea d'abbigliamento nata dalla collaborazione tra Anna Neudecker e Cecilia Benedetti, che curano dalla ricerca dei tessuti alla creazioni dei cartamodelli per arrivare al confezionamento del prodotto direttamente nel loro laboratorio. Mentre con la linea SECOND CHANCE di MONONOKE dipingono, ricamano, riadattano o usano per creare qualcosa di totalmente nuovo, abiti vintage selezionati.
