This idea comes from six friends, each of them with different backgrounds, but all united by the common denominator of the passion for good music and good wine. Since from the name ‘Fonobar’ you can discover which is the essence of this new wine bar, situated in Via Conca del Naviglio n. 10: the fonobar was a forniture as well as hosting a gramophone or a turntable and which also contained a small bar. As a metter of fact, all music lovers and anyone who is crazy about old (and new) vinyls will be not disappointed, since they could select some of their favourite albums and play them by themself at the console, or they could bring their own EPs and play them for all costumers and friends, lending some good music for everybody! The blue color is in the details of the wine cellar, which has a fine selection of Italian wines that will be accompanied by platters of cold cuts, cheeses and mini tapas. Cocktails there will be there too, of course! The Fonobar will be open soon not only in the evening time, when there will be performed concerts, live music sessions and DJ sets (strictly with vinyls!), but also for breakfast time and snacks during the afternoon. So… “Jazz do it!”
“Qualcosa di nuovo, qualcosa di vecchio, qualcosa di blu, qualcosa di prestato”: ecco cosa potranno trovare i milanesi da mercoledì 27 Maggio al Fonobar – Vini & Vinili.
L’idea nasce da sei amici, ognuno con esperienze diverse, ma tutti uniti dal comun denominatore della passione per la buona musica e il buon vino. Nel nome già si trova l’essenza del nuovo locale di via Conca del Naviglio 10: il fonobar era un mobile che oltre a ospitare un grammofono o un giradischi, conteneva anche un piccolo servizio bar. L’appassionato di musica e di vecchi ( e nuovi) vinili, infatti, non rimarrà deluso, potendoli tal volta selezionare e far suonare lui stesso alla consolle, o portandoli da casa, prestandoli così all’ ascolto di clienti e amici. Il blu è nei dettagli cromatici della vinoteca, che presenta una ricercata selezione di vini italiani, serviti con taglieri e mini tapas. I cocktail non mancheranno, ovviamente! Presto il locale sarà aperto non solo la sera, quando si terranno i concerti, le sessions di musica live e i dj set (rigorosamente con i vinili!), ma anche per la prima colazione e nel pomeriggio. Quindi… “Jazz do it!”
