In the '70s
Lou Lou de la Falaise was the muse of Yves Saint Laurent, with her polished and eccentric style, and now, after four years of her death, she continues to inspire fashion designers.
So Olivier Rousteing , Balmain's young designer, for this winter collection he takes inspiration from Lou Lou De La Falaise. Bright colors with golden contrasts, lace, velvet and lurex are structured creating tapered silhouette made even more feminine with ruffles, fringes and layered of pleated.

Lou Lou de la Falaise era la musa di Yves Saint Laurent, con il suo stile eccentrico e raffinato, e ora, a distanza di quattro anni dalla sua morte, continua ad ispirare stilisti.
Infatti Olivier Rousteing, giovanissimo designer di Balmain, è a lei che si è ispirato per la collezione di quest'inverno.Colori accesi con contrasti dorati, pizzo, velluto e lurex si strutturano creando silouette affusolate rese ancora più femminili da balze, frange e intrecci di plissé.
