FEMALE ON FASHION

Tomorrow night the Lanificio 159 will be all pink, no fuchsia! Saturday, November 28th starts the eighth edition of FEMALE ON FASHION event.
 In the historic industrial structure of Pietralata will be displayed works and products of the most representative Roman fashion designers: collections, installations, videos and performances that will show the more communicative and original aspects of contemporary fashion for women.
Female Cut is a women social organization of events and promoting for women where they are called to express themselves. In any event FC wants to communicate both the the artistic expressions as the way to conceive and organize an event. Live music, DJ sets, visual, exhibitions, dance, photography, fashion, web, design, management.
 FEMALE ON FASHION this year is also creativity and training, thanks to the installation of the IED Rome archive made by some of the 2nd year's student and their teacher Stefania Sciortino. The event goes on until dawn with the highly waited live international techno scene's queen Paula Temple, the only female artist who can boast collaborations with the legendary record labels Axis of Jeff Mills and R & D. To accompany the resident DJ of Female Cut, Miz Kiara, violetmonkey, Dj Kick Milady and Julius Maresca, spearhead of the roman project: Container Project.

 Domani sera serata al Lanificio 159 tutta rosa, anzi fuxia!
Sabato 28 novembre il via all'ottava edizione dell' evento FEMALE ON FASHION.
 Neli spazi della storica struttura industriale in via di Pietralata saranno esposte opere e prodotti delle più rappresentative fashion designer romane: collezioni, installazioni, video e performance che raccontano gli aspetti più comunicativi e originali della moda contemporanea al femminile.
Female Cut è un'associazione femminile di promozione sociale e la prima organizzazione di eventi al femminile dove le donne sono chiamate a esprimersi. In ogni evento FC intende comunicare sia le espressioni artistiche che il modo di concepire e organizzare un evento. Musica live, dj set, visual, mostre, danza, fotografia, moda, web, design, management.
 FEMALE ON FASHION quest’anno è anche creatività e formazione, grazie all’istallazione dell’archivio Ied Roma realizzata dalle studentesse del 2°anno e dalla docente Stefania Sciortino. L’evento prosegue fino all’alba con l’attesissimo live della regina della scena techno internazionale Paula Temple, unica artista donna a vantare collaborazioni con le leggendarie etichette discografiche Axis di Jeff Mills e R&S. Ad accompagnarla le dj resident di Female Cut, Miz Kiara, violetmonkey, Dj Kick Milady e Giulio Maresca, punta di diamante del progetto romanoContainer Project.
