THE 7 FACES OF MONCLER

"Genius" is the new project by Moncler presented in Milan at the opening of the fashion week. The Italian brand Moncler led by Remo Ruffini set up a real creative hub where 8 designers presented their personal vision and interpretation of the iconic garment of the brand: the puffa coat. Pierpaolo Piccioli, Valentino's creative director, created a series of capes in different lengths and colours, Simone Rocha reinterpreted the historical down jacket in a Victorian key, Sandro Mandrino for the Moncler Grenoble line was inspired by a technical and colourful world, Moncler 1952 , led by an in-house creative team, celebrated the most pop aspect of the brand's heritage, Kei Ninomiya’s designs for Moncler Noir challenged the use of duvet, which was manipulated to obtain the innovative knit of sculptural jackets and capes with 3-D textures. British men’s wear designer Craig Green played with volumes and proportions, delivering inflated armors for futuristic human creatures, the Moncler Fragment collection by Hiroshi Fujiwara, reworked classic down jackets and vests, embellishing them with patches, embroideries and prints  and finally Francesco Ragazzi instead enhanced the street soul.
The installation featured a building with seven cells, each of them housing one of the seven collections that Moncler will launch over the next few months with special drops.
