Quick and easy to prepare,
vegan bounty bars
require just few ingredients and 15 minutes to prepare:

Ingredients: Grated Coconut, Coconut oil, Coconut milk, maple syrup, dark chocolate, vanilla (optional) |
|
put the ingredients in a bowl and mix with a spatula |
|
meanwhile melt the chocolate in a heat-proof bowl over a pan with boiling water (being.marie) |
|
With your hands shape small amounts of the coconut mixture into bars.
Place the coconut bars on a baking tray covered with silver paper and leave them to rest in the freezer for 15 minutes.

|
Dip each bar into the bowl with melted chocolate and then put your bounty bars to set for about 15 minutes in the fridge |
|
After 15 minutes they are ready to be eaten. |
